Ordered tv new. Looks great and easy to set up. Opened the YouTube app and someone else’s profile was logged in. I believe Best Buy or vizio sold me a refurbished tv because it was packaged new.

After the pitiful help , we knew more than the salesman and he was bored snd tired acting we went ahead and made purchase and geek squad going to come install. We even called back to store talked to two different guys wanting to make sure tv would fit wehere we wanted. After a long wait geek got there. Tv wouldn’t fit. Guy took back to store, 70 mi one way, then called said we had to pay for the new tv snd another install fee and a fee to haul old tv away. That was not what we were told when purchased. We ended up telling guy to cancel it all we didn’t want tv. Then we drove 70 mi to take the mounting bracket back cause 1st salesman. Sent one twice the cost of one we said. Anyway. Very upset with Best Buy

We had many issues with this TV. When the screen was 'black', it was very blotchy and uneven. The user interface was very buggy, didn't work for half of the apps and kept freezing. We exchanged for the Samsung TU7000 and like it MUCH better

HORRIBLE !!! I BROUGHT THIS TV BECAUSE IT WAS A VIZIO AND SOME OF THE REVIEWS SAID IT WAS OK AND WORTH THE MONEY. I WOULDN'T WANT THIS TV IF IT WAS FREE! THE WHOLE PICTURE QUALITY LOOKS LIKE A BOOTLEG MOVIE! VIZIO SHOULD BE ASHAMED FOR EVEN ATTACHING THEIR NAME TO THIS TV! MY THANKSGIVING REFURBISHED TV LOOKS BETTER THAN THIS. IF I DIDN'T HAVE TO WAIT FOR MY ENTERTAINMENT CENTER I WOULD HAVE TAKEN IT BACK BEFORE THE 30 DAYS! I JUST OPENED THE BOX AND HOOKED IT UP TODAY. MY 30 DAYS IS UP TODAY. HORRIBLE JUST HORRIBLE

To make sure you’re getting the most out of your VIZIO TV, we’d recommend making sure your devices are connected with an HDMI cable, and are set to broadcast in 4K (2160p) or Full HD (1080p). You can also individually adjust your picture settings in the menu. For brighter rooms, try using the ‘VIVID’ picture mode for a brighter, more colorful image. A great way to test the TV's abilities would be to go in to the YouTube app on the SmartCast input. Once in the YouTube, you will want to search "4K HDR". That will show you some videos with great quality and clarity. That also helps with being able to determine that the TV is working properly because the TV will automatically adjust to show the best picture possible according to what you are watching and what device that video is coming from.
