The sound Bar also VISIO would not work after pausing the TEVO feed from GCI Cable. ANNOYING! The geek squad replaced the TV and the replacement is working. Sound bar is still annoying as any pause causes it to go dormant. We like the TV, just not the sound issue and not the lack of quality control. Apparently the first one we got had a bad board in it. Not what I am accustomed to with VISIO products.

Disappointing and misleading

This tv is pretty great, however they lie about the refresh rate. It says 240 in the description, however this tv only has a meazly 60hz refresh rate. The motion clarity is NOT great and when the tv is in vivid mode, you can see the individual dimming zones. Would not buy again. Disappointed, actually
