I've never had this issue with any of my Samsung tv's. Now there is also a random line on the tv screen that won't go away which is odd because it's not like anything could touch the screen with how high up it is, so unsure how/why this occurred but it's a random green line that's pretty small and then a grey line that is very thin running across the entire screen horizontally. While the picture is normally pretty great, that doesn't make up for the amount of times I have had to reset and the slow processing system. Wish I would have stuck with a Samsung to upgrade in size.
