Looked great, good sound quality, but it started having glitches. It would sometimes lock the screen when watching programs. Sometimes the homescreen would lock up as well. Then the screen just went black while we were watching a show. We could still hear the sound, but black screen. Called vizio and they were no help since the TV was 10 days outside their 1 year warranty. Had geek squad come look at it. The mother board needs replacing which when combined with their charges for diagnosing, fixing, and the cost of the part would come to over $600 and I only paid $800 for the TV... doesn't make sense. I'll just go buy a new TV for about the same as the repair. What a scam. You have to pay for the extended warranty now since they build tv's so poorly now.

The Vizio app throws up an error upon starting the tv sometimes and it requires multiple restarts to get going and that’s why it’s a one star less.

As in you'll turn it on just to restart it.it also loses internet connection when my modem is right underneath the tv. the volume seems to always be low.
