Im having so many issues with this television. It doesn't come on, the picture doesn't show sometimes. Im going to return it, but it's a nightmare to do so. I only had this tv for 2 months.

To make sure you’re getting the most out of your VIZIO TV, we’d recommend that you connect your devices with an HDMI cable, and are set to broadcast in 4K (2160p). You can also adjust your picture settings in the Menu under ‘Picture Mode’ to align with the content you’re watching or room brightness. I would recommend to use the Vivid picture setting for great colors! Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Pro: It really does have a nice, sharp picture. Con: 1) It doesn’t offer a TV guide for local channels. TCL, a Chinese brand, shows a TV guide. 2) The USB port doesn’t support Exfat format, which means if you want to use a flash drive for audio, video, or picture files, the drive has to be formatted Fat32. Further, it won’t play .AVI files, a common video format. 3) It doesn’t return to whatever channel you were previously watching, forcing you back to the Smartcast screen. Presumably this is to encourage you to use a pay service, but it seems to be deliberately inconvenient. These issues don’t affect the TV, and could be handled by ROM upgrades to the TV. At best, this is inattention to detail, and that concerns me. I wish I had bought another TCL TV.

Posted .Hello Thomas, thank you for taking time to leave us your review today. For the ability to choose what input your TV boots up to, you will want to go to Menu > System > Input at Power On. Next, you will want to highlight the input name you would like to have selected at power on. SmartCast is the default setting for powering on. VIZIO TVs are also able to play and support files in the .avi container. I would like to learn more about your playback issues with it so that we can try some trouble shooting steps.
