The only thing I would say is that on an open box you buy as is and I'm missing it in peace but it works fine without it and Vizio says you can't buy the parts separately so I'm stuck without that piece but again the system is excellent.

The bar and speaker cabinets are rather basic looking, but the next best option will cost you twice as much and probably won’t sound much different, or have as much adjustability. Great for an apartment.

I was overwhelmed by all the choices so I asked around. I am very happy with my purchase. The sound is phenomenal and the design is great! I can now hear dialogue and feel like I'm at the theater.

Small issue in that my Hisense TV doesn’t display an up/down level indicator on screen when adjusting volume.

The rear speakers weren’t up to par. Soundbar itself was ok, lights are nice but I didn’t care for the system overall.One highlight was the sub. I hate the fact that there is no remote. Using the app was a hassle; main reason why I took it back.

Unfortunately we have to power cycle the system every couple of days so we can use the Bluetooth option to listen to music. It starts creating a lot of static and interrupts the sound frequently.
