      Thank you for your feedback. Lip Sync issues can be adjusted through the TV and/or the sound bar by adjusting the Lip Sync setting. This may take some time to adjust to your preferences but should correct the issue.       Thanks for taking the time to fill out a review and give us some feedback. If your television has HDMI ARC port you could connect the Sound Bar to the TV with ARC. ARC uses a technology called CEC that will tell the Sound Bar to power on when the TV powers on. If you're unable to use ARC, this Sound Bar also has an Eco Mode feature witch powers off the Sound Bar after its inactive for a period of time. So if a TV has been powered off- the Sound Bar will also power off. You can disable this so that your Sound Bar will stay powered on and ready to play audio. VIZIO

      Thank you for your feedback. So you are aware, the audio volumes such as bass and treble are adjustable through the SmartCast Mobile application and also through the included remote. VIZIO
