This was not true so we exchanged for the current system and it is working just fine. The speaker bar looks great in from of the TV we have the sub-woofer upright.

Easy setup, have wireless base setup next to couch. Definitely makes a big difference during action movies. My Vizio tv was definitely lacking sound, this is a great addition

The sound is amazing and the subwoofer fits under my low to the ground bed to make a slight nauseous feeling if it hits too hard. I'm an audiophile and love that feeling....

Mine is having similar issues. Upon contacting Vizio customer support, their response was that since my product was out of the 1 year warranty (by 2 weeks), there was nothing they could do to support. I understand if they are not willing to fix the product, but they were not even willing to provide any support with trouble shooting the issue. I will never buy another vizio product.

Posted .Thank you for your feedback. If you are experiencing the subwoofer disconnecting from the sound bar you can turn off Eco Power. This will prevent the sound bar from turning off after a period of inactivity and keep the connection the subwoofer on. This will also allow you to cast content to the sound bar without having to turn the sound bar on manually.

Bright crisp highs, and seriously thundering lows. We tucked the sub under our wraparound sofa and it's a theatrical experience.

Works well and programs easily. I have it in my bedroom and the sub fits perfect under the bed. I would recommend it.

I purchased this soundbar combo based on size (subwoofer is GREAT) and cost. The sound is fantastic and fills the room. Makes watching movies extremely enjoyable!

I have an older tv so connecting it was a challenge. The only way I got it to work was with the optic cable. unfortunately I have to manually turn it on and off and it would not mate up with the remote of tv. I was totally surprised with the sub woofer deep bass sound. It was narrow enough to place it between the couch and wall. The bass vibrates the couch enough to feel it thru your body..

Low profile sub adds more of a modern appeal to the bedroom. Fills the room with plenty of bass. Casting is a added bonus and works great with my google home. Highly recommend.
