Easy set up. Bluetooth works well. Better sound than that of tv.

The sound is wonderful and am very happy with the purchase. However, the setup took a long time and it was somewhat frustrating.

This sound bar with the wireless sub that also powers the satellite speakers via RCA to RCA off the sub sounds extremely clear and great low freq's. It started by itself because auto synched with my Vizio tv with smart cast. The lows also are very good out of the main sound bar that adds to the surround. The sound rivals an old school powerful stereo component system.

I love the surround sound. it was easy to set up. It came in one day.

Bought this after careful research. I had the 40' version of this (older d0 model) where the wireless rears cut off frequently. It won't blow you away with the sound but is practical for my living room delivering crisp sounds and a 5.1 with such little wire, thanks to the wireless sub and rears! This works so far and the price is too amazing this holiday season!

After reading reviews of over 40 different 5.1 soundbars I choose this one based on previous reviews and price. I was not disappointed. I was able to connect the sub-wofer's surround speaker output to both the supplied speakers and to my wall jack for my two ceiling speakers. There is no loss of sound quality. In fact, the 11" ceiling speakers compliment the unit's surround speakers, especially when there is a thunder clap. You would swear you are outdoors. None of the reviews mentioned if the VIZIO - Smartcast could support auxilliary speakers in tandem. Mine are from 1995 with large magnets with 9 watts capacity each, and I'm very satisfied. Adjusting the volume and characteristics for the five speakers and sub-wofer is easy with the remote, and the system can blast anyone out of the room at full volume. I'm happy with mine, and I think you would be too. If you want to connect higher watt auxillary speakers in tandem, you might want to check with VIZIO first.

PRO: The sound system is plenty loud, even for a large room, and (with the surround feature turned up) you can get the full effect of surround sound. The HDMI ARC and HDMI out features are pretty neat; I only need one cable to connect all of my devices (XBOX One, DIRECTV receiver, and soundbar) to the TV, so the setup is very clean. CON: That being said, there are a couple of downsides. The biggest problem is that the bass can be overpowering, to me. This varies based on the media; sometimes it's perfectly fine, others the bass is so loud that it is all that can be heard, even over dialogue. The SmartCast app has never worked for me, and I've had the soundbar for about a month now. Overall, this is a really good sound system and I would definitely recommend it. Just be prepared to adjust the sound settings depending on the input you have, and don't expect the SmartCast app to work. This isn't a huge problem because of Bluetooth, but it is annoying. Side note: I bought the sound system as an open-box item from Best Buy for less than $150. This may skew my review slightly, as I feel that I got a really good deal on the sound system. Paying full price may be different.

Bought this sound bar when it was on sale. On top of that, it was an open box item, so the price was further reduced! Been watching this thing for months and finally I couldn't let go of such a great deal. Open box and it looks brand spankin' new. It sounds great and the setup couldn't have been any easier. Going back for a second unit for the master bedroom.

Replaced a Yamaha 5.1 system for simplicity and it is much better than I ever expected. Already bought another for the living room.

This speaker system works well with my tv and the ability to have it connect automatically when I turn on tv is just what I wanted.

Great Sound! Far better than the other Sound Bars I bought or tested. My problem was compatibility with my LG 60 4K TV. The Visio bar sits up so tall, it covered my TV infrared receiver. I also had a some type of HDMI compatibility problem between the LG and the Visio. I would recommend the Visio for a lower cost solution.

I love the sound this gives out. The best price i ever paid.
