I wish I had bought this a long time ago, I've been watching movies all over again. Definitely get the 5.1, (5 speakers and a sub woofer.). Only issues, tried against their instructions to hook my TV up with the HD connections provided and it did not work. I put the fiber connection provided in and then they worked perfectly. I wasn't used to having a menu on the remote control itself, but once I figured that out I it's been smooth sailing.

decent when it connects

I should give it a 4 for speaker quality but a 2 for connectivity and simplicity. I don't have time to try to relearn its connect sequence every time I turn the TV on or every other time. Even have trouble with hardwire connection, sometimes works sometimes doesn't. Remote hard to read because display is not lighted.

Great surround sound system

I originally purchased a set of wireless speakers for the two rear corners of the room, but upon unpacking them, discovered they, themselves, needed to remain wired to each other. I returned them, and the Best Buy associate recommended the sound bar/sub-woofer with rear speakers solution. It was easy to install, and exactly what I was looking for!
