Sound system works great! Works really well in my living room

Sound super good and for the price you can't go wrong I have a sound system in my truck so listening to a regular tv sounded horrible to my ears but with this little vizio set up it completely changed everything for me!

Bought as a replacement for an older 5.1 system that went kaput. Using for about one month now. Was considering just the 2.1 system, but so glad I stuck with the real surround sound. Love it when friends come over and are startled by the effects. I have an apartment with a fairly sizable living room and it works great. This could easily fill up a larger room. I mostly use for movies, but the music i've played as sounded great as well. The remote readout is dim, but works fine. Would recommend to anyone to buy. Glad I didn't go with a more expensive system. Can't see that I would have benefited.

Sound is great. More than enough to shake the walls. Easy setup and lots of options depending on the tv. Surround sound separation good. Happy with this system.

I was always opposed to getting a sound bar. I felt like I needed "the real thing." But in a recent move into a smaller room, my old surround sound receiver gave out. I went with this Vizio sound bar as a quick and affordable replacement. I was impressed with the sound for a medium sized room. And I loved that I do not have to run wires across the room any more. (note: that the subwoofer is wireless, and the two rear speakers are still connected to the woofer). Prior to this, I had a Sony system, and an Onkyo. Obviously the sound bar is not as great as the prior system with all the cables and receiver, etc. But it is a very affordable alternative for smaller spaces.

I love this system. I purchased the system on Cyber Monday and I feel I got a great deal. The system was relatively easy to set up. The system produces great sound and I would highly recommend this system!

I got this on Black Friday for a great price. This was so easy to set up and synced right with my TV. It sounds great!! I am going to go back and get another one for my other TV in the living room!

Sound system is very clear and sound is crisp and clean. Had a great bass with the subwoofer. Bought the model older for my bedroom and all the cords were the same. Makes set up a breeze

I was skeptical about this soundbar but all the positive reviews convinced me to give it a try. And I was amazed by the sound of this little set up (and my neighbors as well). I used this in a room about 17ft x 10ft. (living room) and it provides an awesome sound. Some people in reviews said that sometimes the set up feels a little "bassy" but I did not notice it. However, I noticed on some TV channels and apps rear speakers do not work. But I guess it depends on a channel/app audio broadcast. Otherwise, this soundbar is awesome!

I bought the Vizio 5.1 and the Visio 2.1. The sound quality for both of these is absolutely incredible. I paid almost $3000 for a Bose home theater system and both of these are just as good

The Vizio soundbar is fairly straight forward to set up.. Tech support is excellent if you run into any hitches. The resulting sound adds a whole new dimension to your video experience!

This sound bar was well worth the money! The sound is so much better than the flat speakers built into the TV, plus they're actually facing you! I love that the subwoofer is wireless and that the satellite speakers can be plugged into it, not the bar itself. This made it much easier to run and hide the wires. Setup and integration with my TV were super fast and easy and I haven't had any problems with them. Overall, well worth the money!

Overall this is a good purchase. Sound is good, bluetooth works great. The two surround speakers do have wires that plug into the subwoofer. It was easy to set up and has simple controls.

The Vizio 38" 5.1 sound bar provides excellent sound quality is easy to set up looks great and even works with my existing Vizio tv remote.

Overall sounds much better than stock tv setup . Previously had super expensive unit hooked up so can't compare to that . Easy hook up pretty happy happy overall .

I'd give this Soundbar six stars if I could. I was lucky and and I got an amazing deal which was a huge plus but even if your paying regular price its stil probably worth it since the sound quality is so good. It comes with extra speakers which seriously makes it sound like your in a theater and the attaching cord is pretty long so you can space them out. It also came with every connection you could possibly need for any tv which is super helpful so you dont have to worry about having to spend more money. Overall If your a movie or music lover then I'd definitely recommend this Vizio sound bar...trust me you won't be disappointed.

This unit was the most reasonably priced 5.1 soundbar I found and sounds better than my big stereo system. Sounds really good for television, DVDs, streaming and CDs.

Easiest stereo setup ever. I have two of these and I love them. Sounds great all over the room. Great for TV, movies and music.

I recently bought a 4k tv and didn't like the built in speakers so I did some research and found that this sound bar fit all of my needs at a doable price point. Ultimately, with all the choices out there the smart cast option was what drew me into the price point. I wanted to be able to clean my house while casting google play songs from my cell phone. The casting worked when I had an optical cable in on my old tv but when I used hdmi arc on my new 4k tv (which didn't have optical) I was no longer able to cast to the sound bar. I'd read review after review and forum after forum but I can't seem to find out why I can't cast my music anymore. I feel like the distinguishing function of this sound bar doesn't work so if you hope to cast to it.... be wary. If you just want a good soundbar for your TV it works great.
