I'm no audiophile but the sound is great for such a small package. This system would be great for the average user. Was looking for something small and not overly complicated, with actual rear speakers and this system fit the bill. For the average person, this system will more than satisfy your home theater needs.

Love quality of sound & look of sound bar. Subwoofer is compact and makes a big boom

The room in which I installed this unit is somewhat space restricted and impossible to wire for rear channel speakers. Vizio's wireless solution is ideal and the planar sub design allows easy concealment with acceptable low frequency performance.

Easy plug and play unit . Have to have if your looking for quality sound.

good sound for the money. We place the woofer under the couch and it works great.

My only problems with this are a slight lack of fine tuning available in sound setup. Otherwise its a great sound system. The gimmick of the flat sub is totally awesome and I am glad that I did not settle for a traditional sized sub

Very crisp and clear. Deep bass with a surprising punch. Would have gotten 5 stars if 4k@60p hdmi 2.0 pass through enabled. I got it for 399. Looks great underneath my 70 m series hdr 4k display. Used the optical line to connect each other.

this is far from a 5.1 system, but better than a 2.1. the rear satellites worked well right out of the box. connecting the soundbar to my TV and having it work consistently was another story. set up was complicated, and isntructions were vague at best. i had to refer often to my owner's manual for the TV as well as the instructions for the soundbar, and even then connections would occur and change seemingly at will. in addition, my fire TV's screen saver would begin arbitrarily changing settings. i think for the price it should be much more user friendly, or, alternatively, it could have better included instructions.

CONS: Disconnects frequently even when paired with a new Visio 4k TV. Expect to have difficulty with ARC. You will also need to have this close to your 5GHZ router as its internal WiFi is very lack Luster. Visio remote (tablets) for Visio TVs seems to have difficulty staying connected to the audio bar. PROS: Very high range of audio, and very little distortion. Sound fills a house, and the subwoofer will probably get you evicted if you're in an apartment. Casting directly to the bar with other devices is easy, and reliable.

It was easy install but when the subwoofer lost its connection with the sound bar, had to disconnect the subwoofer and temporary locate near the soundbar to re-establish connection. Afterwards, I placed the subwoofer back to the desired location. I decided not to power off subwoofer due to lost connection again. Overall performance for this system is OUTSTANDING!
