John was great explaining what I needed to hook my phone up and how to use it. He also helped me with my Alexa equipment. He was knowledgeable and experienced, efficient and friendly.

Geeks installed all my Ring stuff as I have Total Maint Plan and it was free. Great service. Got dates just a few days out and they came on time and were quick and clean!

Kirk and his assistant are awesome!! Alexa voice commands were not working with new VZ internet. They nailed it.

. First visit was in April. project was concluded last week. All agents were professional. Alexa controlled my living room lights After instillation of tv instructions, every time I told alexa to turn on or off the lights, she also did the same for the tv.

We were some what intimidated by the new smart electronics and had abTivo unit to connect up as well. The technicians studied our needs and finished the session explaining all the hook-ups and expectations

The agents (Kevin and unknown name of other agent) installed our outdoor cameras and made sure everything was working properly. They were so nice and professional

Gave two stars because the Tech showed up on time. He was here an hour and accomplished absolutely nothing except to say he couldn't make things work. We have a smart home and wanted to connect everything to a hub. I have used Geek squad before in other places I've lived and they did great work. Not this time though.

During the Ring kit installation process, the agent, Fred, did an outstanding job of explaining what he we doing and then installing it. He was very helpful and patient with my wife and I during all of this. He was on time and most courteous. Thanks so much,

GEEK SQUAD setup for my HARMONY HUB went smoothly. GS asked what I would like besides everything that GS programmed. Now I can tell my SMART TV to change channels, mute/unmute audio ( handy during loud commercial breaks ), switch to smart apps ( NETFLIX, CBS ALL ACCESS,etc ) pause stream, play stream plus so much more with my voice and Google Mini!!!

Jeff was (is) a great tech. Set everything up, explained how to get started, and how/where to find additional information. Made suggestions about accessories that made sense to us and have proven very useful.

The geek squad technicians are the very best. I Highly recommend them and their services. They have the client in mind and always are polite and helpful. They installed our items very fast.

Geek Squad was here on time - Was very knowledgeable about what it took to setup our Alexa. We did not know how to set it up with our WI FI. Setup took about 20 minutes, then we asked about other electronic items we had and were given very good advice. The tech also said to call him if we had any further problems or questions. Very professional.

Voice control of my new Echo Show with Alexa voice control was set up by a Geek Squad member, and is working perfectly. Via my Ring doorbell, it will also show live motion of whoever/whatever approached my front door with the simple command: Alexa, show my front door.

I had my mother’s house set up for voice control throughout her house with Amazon Echo dot to call for help in case she should fall and require assistance. The product works perfectly and was professionally and courteously installed by the Geek Squad. I highly recommend Best Buy and the Geek Squad for great customer service!

Amazon Alexa is a great tool to have. Still getting acquainted with it but so far it more than I expected. I am adding smart plugs for lights this week so I will see how it goes. Geek Squad Tech was so helpful and he explained everything he was doing in layman’s terms. I am so satisfied with their services.
