Amazon Alexa is a great tool to have. Still getting acquainted with it but so far it more than I expected. I am adding smart plugs for lights this week so I will see how it goes. Geek Squad Tech was so helpful and he explained everything he was doing in layman’s terms. I am so satisfied with their services.

The Echo device purchased is functioning as it should. We have not expanded the devices additional functions but intend too in the near future.

The agents set up our Amazon Show and Echo Dot, gave us some helpful operational tips and information on apps to setup on our phones. We could have struggled through and got this set up but took advantage of our total tech support membership and eliminated the inevitable frustration.

Set up Alexa but it kept indicating loading. Agent left. We tried moving Alexa closer to WI-FI signal and began working.

This review is for the in home Geek Squad tech help in setting up a new Apple Home Pod. I started before he arrived and followed the online voice prompts. He helped with the initial setup and when he left it was playing music. Then I realized I still didnt know how to download content and connect to local stations. The tech was obviously in a hurry to go somewhere and was out of here in a flash.

I'm not so sure I remember how to operate the voice control. The Geeks set it up and explained it but I need to work with it a bit more to get comfortable with it.

The agents were beyond helpful, kind,and understanding. They even returned within the hour when I struggled to operate the system on my own.

Installation services by the Geek Squad were exceptional. I was totally pleased. Arrived on time & they were thorough and professional. Exactly what I was hoping.

The Geek Squad Tech we had was very knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. He helped us understand the item we purchased and did the set up and showed us what we needed to know. We'll be using them again for another item I want to get hooked up. Excellent service for Best Buy to offer!!!

The young man who came to my home did an excellent job on both installation and explanation of the Alexa Echo.

Set up my echo dots and shows so the are grouped the way I wanted and got my drop in feature to work

I am so impressed with the amount and range of services covered under the annual program. Didn't even mind buying the second virus protection so that all six of my computers have coverage. An on site visit to set and group the Echos... just a first class service!
