Wise decision on my part to use Geek Squad expertise in setting up in-house Alexa system. I would use service again. Geek Squad make it look really simple.

Geek squad installed my ring doorbell and I was very pleased with the service! They explained everything to me and helped me install the app and showed me how to use it!!!

It was quite a process. I felt like the geek squad was courteous and trying very hard, but always had a few more things that could’ve been set up. For instance, the geek squad left and yet my ring doorbell doorbell was not connected to the new Wi-Fi device I did however call the ring corporation where they walked me through doing it myself. So no harm no foul I also had a little problem because the other devices in my house we’re not completely set up with the new Wi-Fi system but I was able to handle that too thank you so much cake squad

The Tech who came out and connected my new Alexa was very professional and explained the product to me.

Everything I told them I need Alexa to do was set up but notification when someone hit my ness door bell on my Echo 8 can not be done
