This is a must for any Roku or Roku TV user. Not only is it a voice remote but best of all it no longer works just on light of sight. It uses radio waves to send the remote button signals so you no longer have to make sure the remote is pointed directly at the TV or Roku device. Well worth a few bucks :)

Purchased this to replace the infrared (IR) remote that shipped with a TCL 55S515 tv. The old original IR remote was temperamental. You always had to have the IR remote pointed just perfectly. The new Roku Voice Remote synced up to the TCL 5 Series without any issue and works GREAT! Voice commands appear to work well too. One thing of note: Initially, the Roku Remote was loosing connection to the TV after about 4 hours. I went into Power settings > Auto Power savings and turned On "Fast TV start" Turned Off "Reduce power after 15 minutes" and "Turn off after 4 hours" Roku remote no longer looses connection

I was close to throwing away my older Roku Stick because the original remote got wet and finally died after about 3 years. There were no off-brand replacements that worked, so I figured why not when this was on sale. Well worth it as now there is a mute button and you can set it up for voice commands.

i purchased this voice remote to replace the one that came with my older Roku Streaming Stick. Having the ability to turn on/off the TV and having volume control is the main reason for replacing the old remote. Having voice capabilities is also nice.

We've been a ROKU family for some time now and, of course, we've gone through our share of ROKU remotes. I bought this remote to replace one that we'd damaged and it works great. I don't often use the voice feature, because I tend to watch only a few shows that I like, but it has worked well when I've searched for "shark movies" or "John Wayne", etc.

Slim and easy to use for every one with 4 preset channels and volume control. Hope this last longer than original remote came with Roku Ultra 4K .

We have several ROKU televisions and love them all. There is nothing wrong with the remote that is included with the television. We just wanted more features, including voice control, etc. It's all personal preference, and I have bought several. I do recommend because they are of a bit higher quality.

This is a great little remote, and I emphasize little. I actually taped a Tile app device to this remote and my TV remote too. When they're small they get lost in the sheets, under a pillow, etc. But with my Tile app attached I can find it immediately, anyway, I love the remote and use it all the time, it's great!

My original Roku remote broke after 5 years so I needed to get a replacement. Picked this one up on sale for $20. It has volume control toggle on the side which is fantastic for muting commercials. Plus, it has voice command which I didn't realize I needed, however, has made navigating content much better.

I'd been looking for a remote for my TV for months!!! And just when i had given up, this remote was released and sure enough i purchased it and it was PERFECT!!! It immediately paired to my TV and started working instantly. Im so happy i found a remote for my roku TV!!!

I bought this to replace the original remote we had for our TCL Roku SmartTV and we love it! We don't really use the voice option very option but it works well. It's also much quieter than the other remote. No click, click, click when you're moving through titles on the different streaming services.
