This game is a rogue-like dungeon crawler. You're a robot who discovers a living small girl who seems to be on the verge of death in this post-apocalyptic world overrun by machines. You decide it is your duty to save this girl and do everything you can for her. The game kind of plays like part management and part dungeon crawling. On the management side, you are trying to manage the girl's health, gather supplies, discover new recipes, and upgrade the girl's home. On the dungeon crawling side, you move through a dungeon's various floors trying to make it to the end and gather what you can find. You will find other hostile robots or creatures who will stand in your way. Also, it's sort of turn-based in the sense that as soon as you make an action or move, enemies will also make an action or move. Pretty much like Pokemon Mystery Dungeon or Shiren The Wanderer. Dungeons are randomly generated which usually paired with rogue-like games. For me, the gameplay loops was pretty addictive. I always tried to get to the end of a dungeon as best I can and when I do fail, I just want to go back in and try again. Also, I genuinely wanted take care of the little girl; I wanted to give her the best food I can find, cure her of any ailments and upgrade her home to the best it can be. The difference between the ++ deluxe version and the previous (non++) version (on PS4/Switch), is that it contains new emotes, cosmetics, disease ailments, and a new environment. Other than that, I don't think you're missing too much. If you have the first version on PS4/Switch, I'd stay stick with it. If you really want to experience the new content, try to get the deluxe at a discounted price if possible. I wished they released this version on Switch though as I think a game like this fits the handheld so well. Overall, addictive and fun gameplay. Dungeon crawling may not be for everyone though.

Never heard of this game and bought it on sale. Its like an old school dungeon crawler. Kind like the Chocobo Dungeon style of game. If you like that style of game this is for ya. If not then maybe not so. But on sale and the 60+ hours I have into it so far, I can't give this a anything lower then a 5 star.
