||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.While the product works as designed and does actually humidify, after using it for less than 3 months, there is a fine film of dust on EVERYTHING in my home. Including items inside closed cabinets, plastic sandwich bags still inside their boxes in my pantry, and even plants. I keep my average humidity level relatively low (around 40%) and have necer experienced this with any other humidifier I've owned. If only I could return the thing! It's going back in the box and will probably be donated. Very disappointed in this device, especially when I know the Vornado reputation. Buyer Beware.
