I just love this fan the Circulation it gives around the room is Awesome! I have it facing the Ceiling and I can feel it hitting my face with the cool nice breeze! Best Fan Purchase I’ve boughten in a long time!

Small, but powerful! Great little fan. Blows hard, but doesn’t make any annoying sounds that many fans make.

This is a great fan! Easy to use and quiet. I like the easy access to the buttons on the fan to change the speed. There are four speed settings and an On/Off button. Love it!

The fan was exactly what we needed to get the air circulating when our a/c unit went out downstairs.

We have vornado heaters and they are great, so took a shot with this fan and it’s amazing! Why did I not buy this sooner. Still need AC when it gets super hot but this does the trick when it’s not hot enough for AC

Crap compared to older model. Why change a good thing? This design is majorly flawed, barely pushes out any air. Also it’s very small, maybe that’s the problem. Disappointing for the price. I should have returned it but I missed the 30 day mark :( don’t waste your money like me

I love this fan, it is powerful and at the same time it is relatively quiet. I like the modern design as well. I highly recommend this product.

Over the years I have spent quite a bit of money on all types of fans. Some were very affordable while others were quite a bit of money. All claiming that they were effective of cooling you or the room you were in. Some were okay while others were not really good at all. I always felt like I got robbed of my money or naive for believing claims or reviews. Well I am happy to say that is not the case anymore. This Vornado works wonders! It really does what it claims it can. It does cool off the room. Even dropping a couple of degrees. This is not a fan at all. It works totally differently, more like a mini tornado. Hence the name of calling it Vornado. It is small but very powerful. The low settings are very quiet. The high settings is not quiet at all. But the sound of the high settings actually a plus at making me have a good nights sleep. It also works great along with the air conditioner. I can put my a/c on low with the Vornado on a medium setting. Thus saving money on the electric bill. Hands down the best $100.00 dollars ever spent. Trust me when I say you will definitely not be disappointed. The only thing you will question is why didn't I buy this a long time ago!

We were looking for a quiet fan for the bedroom to replace our discontinued Vornado Ultimate 750B, which we moved to another location. This one was a good choice; it's nearly inaudible on the lowest setting, and still very quiet on the second-lowest setting, but moves plenty of air. It's also smaller than the 750B, so it fits better on the dresser, and the gloss black and metal finish looks good.

One Powerful Fan!!! I hate spending $100 on a fan, because you can by fans for $20-45 anywhere. But it has good reviews, so I caved in and bought it for spring and fall nights. Living in southern California, it gets pretty darn hot, but some parts of the year it actually cools down at night. This fan is amazing! It's powerful, and very quiet considering how strong it is. I can go into the technical CFM details and such, but that doesn't help many people. I also didn't believe that the fan circulated air like it does in the demo videos. So I put it in my hallway, and turned it on. Within seconds, my office door closed. But wait, the office door closes in. So why was it closing? The fan was shooting air into the office, making it "spin" and "turn upside" down, and it caused the air to fully circulate and close my office door. Amazing! This fan truly works great!

In my room - I have a custom build PC, XBOX, and a 40" TV. Now as you can imagine, all these things turning on together and staying on tend to build up quite a bit of heat, enough to make me sweat. I dealt with this for a while cause my brother wouldn't be playing the consoles a lot back then, but now he plays for literally the same amount of time I'm on the PC...4 hours or so. One day I said enough is enough! I didn't like sweating in my own room after a long day, so I decided to buy a fan. I went through a few pages before getting to the Vornado. What actually drew me here was the price, it was much higher then all the other fans I had looked at. So the question came to mind....is it really that good? Unfortunately, fan reviews are not easy to come by, which is understandable. So I just did some research on what made a Vornado so special from other fans. This fan actually circulates the air in your room and it feels like a light breeze all over your room. It brought down the temperature in my room by about 3 degrees, but on top of that it's a constant breeze that cools you off, so it feels even better then what the thermal reads. Because of the way this circulates air, I actually had to not use my ceiling fan so it would not disrupt the circulation process. This fan blows out a TON more air then any fan I have ever had before. forewarning though, please be advised that it circulates air, that means it will not do it's job if it's pointed directly at you, it has to be pointing to some top corner of the room to move the air round properly. As far as the settings go, 1=Literally no sound at all, 2=Still pretty quite, 3=Now you might want to put a few notches up on your TV, 4= sounds like a normal fan now, it's not super loud, but enough to notice a fan is on somewhere. As a suggestion I would get this fan above all the other Vornado whole room fans. Because what this fan can do on setting 2 and 3 is the high setting for the lower priced models and I like having the choice to go up or down to what I need. Now there is another model called 733, know that the 660 ( this one) is a lot better at energy conserving and can blow more amount of air at a quieter level.

Definitely a top contender for being able to move air quietly and efficiently. Smaller than I thought it would be, but it definitely packs a lot of punch for size. Simple operation with four speeds in one button for on and off. Easy to adjust stand.

This is my first Vornado Fan and I'm very pleased with it. It moves air throughout the entire room and has a very pleasant, relaxing sound. I bought it for my bedroom and it helps me sleep. I also love the looks of it. I placed it on a dresser and it looks good and does a great job. I highly recommend it!

Good air flow , not stupidly loud… cleaning it could be easier, 4 screws are a pain to remove to get at the fins and cleaning it properly. Instruction booklet made it sound quick and simple… it’s not

This Circulator is the best FAN. Now i know it is different from a fan but it keeps the room cool and fresh even in 90 degrees. I loved my first one so much i had to get another one for a different part of the house.

Best fan out there, it’s small, powerful and looks good. I ran my ac then let the fan keep the room cool.

Air circulation is incredible, lowers room temp by a couple degrees on its own. Incredible when combined with an AC unit. Pretty loud on the max speed but other than that it is quiet

This fan is well worth the money. It has a strong stream of sir. I keep it in my living room to help spread the sir from my indoor AC. Its pretty quiet and you really dont even notice it on.

Bought two Dyson fans to compare (the tabletop and the “whole room”). Neither came close to this little but mighty model AND the Vornado is priced much better (not cheap but not as expensive as the Dyson, which put out less air flow). A co-worker told me he did the same comparison and came out with the same result - Vornado is quiet, even at high speed (not silent mind you) and even at the lowest speed puts out a pleasant breeze. The Dyson has a better design but the 660 doesn’t take up a lot of space and has a nice low profile (I have two). May also purchase the vintage senior based on our satisfaction with the 660.

This little guy is a powerhouse. It moves the air all over my living/dining space spectacularly. Seems to cool the whole area. My son stopped by and liked it so much he bought one that day.
