Very good for air circulation and cool air movement.

I looked for one of these for a while online. Amazon has been out of stock but found one at my local Best Buy. This is my second one to help keep me and my fluffy dog cool during the hot days we have been having lately. My dog usually only likes to cuddle during the winter but even in this heat she has been comfortable and close trying to keep warm with me. On high at the corner of the room pointed at the bed this keeps me COLD. Yes not cool, I often wake up when my dog goes to get her water bowl cold. Amazing fan and amazing quality with a 5 year warranty.

It is always warmer upstairs and this circulates the air very well and is more quiet than I was expecting. Solid and well built.

Worth every penny, quite and really moves the air... best fan I ever seen or used. I would recommend this to my mom!

This fan is awesome. I put one downstairs and one in my bedroom. As soon as we started using it it was noticable that the AC was not running as frequently and it kept my bedroom a comfy 68 degrees, which is cooler than the living room downstairs

Perfectly capable as a fan, though I don't quite use it as much. The condo I'm in currently has poor air circulation due to the master bedroom only having one window. So I use this and another Vornado to simultaneously suck air from the window and also spit air out of the master bedroom door. There are no timers, so if you want to have nice and convenient functionality, a lot of other substitutes will do. This is extremely effective at moving air, so I definitely recommend it for that.

I put "fan" in quotes because the Vornado doesn't operate like a typical fan, simply blowing air wherever it happens to be pointed. Rather, Vornado excels at circulating air thoroughout the room. For best results, it needs to be used in coordination with your existing A/C and some experimentation is required to find the best location to maximize full-room circulation. I've gotten the best results when the unit is placed on the floor, providing the largest possible vortex of air circulation. Odd shaped rooms may not benefit as much from the Vornado's approach to cooling. Check out a manual before purchasing to see where you would place the fan. Overall, very satisified.

The fan really moves air across the room but priced pretty high.

This fan is great! It really does help circulate the air in the room and does what it says it will. It's the most powerful fan that I own now, and love it!

Does really well circulating the air. Can feel it flowing through my first floor where we have it positioned in front of the a/c. Would definitely buy again and may likely do so.

Bought this during the summer for our living room. My two cats usually sleep there so I got this just for them but it wasn’t really too hot this year. They didn’t really care for it since they seemed to be cool all the time so we put it in our office instead. Works great. Love Vornado. It’s a bit loud but other than that, it works really well. It def. circulates a huge living room but for a smaller space it’s a great fan since our office generates a lot of heat.

Awesome fan, moves a ton of air and is really quiet. Would reccomend to anyone with air circulation issues in thier home.

This fan is a little pricey so I did hesitate at first on whether or not to purchase it. But i am very glad I did! It cools the room down like an A/C unit. It's very powerful and works like a charm. 5 stars!

My 2 year old does not like a sheet over her when she is sleeping and she wakes up when the AC turns on and the ceiling fan blows the cold air on her. My 7 year old on the other hand likes to sleep under the sheet with the air hitting her face. The Vornado fan is the perfect solution for my problem and I set it up so the air circulates from the corner my 7 year old sleeps and we setup our 2 year old bed on the other corner. Now the little one does not wake up in the middle of the night and instead of waking up cranky she greets us with a beautiful smile in the morning! I am planning to get a second one as the air flow reminds me of sleeping outside with a gentle breeze hitting once a while.

If your looking to move air around a room this is your best bet for the money hands down. My previous fan started to make some noises at the low setting that I didn't like and it was very distracting so I decided to buy a new fan. The Vornado 660 was the choice I made after reviewing fans on the net for a few days, I made the right choice for sure. The previous fan was a big 20" fan that was loud and did move quite a bit of air on the highest setting but it doesn't even compare to the Vornado on medium, and the Vornado is almost silent on the two lower settings, and I high its not even as loud as low with the previous fan. Vornado for the win, and the wind.......

I put this in my garage since that is where my computer is (so I do not disturb the family when gaming). It has done a great job of moving air and lowering the temp by 3 degrees but yet it feels like the temp has gone done 10 degree's. I can game and yet it does not feel overly hot in the hot Texas garage when the temps inside get up to 89 degrees. I was able to game when the outside temp got up to 105 but the inside only went up to 89 and it did not feel overly uncomfortable! Much better than the 2 fans I had going and still not doing the job.

When my complex AC broke, I purchase this mighty fan! Super powerful, cooled my room, does make noise and it doesn’t take much space for storage. Love it
