I bought it to cool my room but it’s function is to make the air in the room to move to trick your body to feel colder. It didnt work for me so I give t 2 stars. It’s also loud

too expensive and you can get the same thing for cheaper

I was sure that this product was going to be noiseless but it was not like that. However, is too hot and I have no choice but to keep using this extremely noisy product.

Vornado always making the best fans I really enjoy this fan

I was looking for something that could move a lot of air and yet not look too intrusive in the room. This is perfect.

I’m always a little turned off by the price of these, but it’s worth it. I have a friend who has a different version and I’ve always been impressed by it. I’ve had a fan from Vornado on my list for a few years, and i finally bought this one on sale yeaterday. It really circulates the air nicely in a room. Nice smooth whiteniose as well (if loke that sorta thing).

The product does not cool the room and basically just use up electricity (serve no purpose)

This fan is very disappointing and does not work near as good as fans half its price.

My husband and I decided to buy this air circulation because summer is coming. We thought this fan would kinda cool down the heat in my master bedroom. However, if there's no wind outside, even we turn the fan on, it feels like to circulate the heat to the whole room. Then we tried to turn on the A/C and see how it works, but there's no big change.

After reading such positive reviews, we are very disappointed in this product. Air circulation is minimum and barely noticeable. We were anticipating much more air flow.

Did not really move the air around in the room, so we returned it.

I purchased this product based off of the reviews from multiple websites. This fan does everything as advertised. It is noticeably cooler in the room when I have the fan on and I can feel it from across the room. Regarding the noise from this fan, I was already use to a loud fan, so the noise does not bother me at all, even on high settings, or when trying to sleep. I can see this being a problem for some who aren't use to it. But the fan is quiet on the two lowest settings. Overall, I would recommend this product for those who want good air circulation in a room.

Did a lot of research on Vornado fans...now I understand what an air circulator is. Researched this Vornado 660 fan. Recommended on YouTube. Very happy with the 660...it is only on the 1st speed. There are 3 higher speeds to cool down my hot bedroom mid morning as the sun pours into the windows. The air has gotten very cool in my currently warm, stuffy bedroom with 2 large windows facing the hot east morning sun. Cooler air from fan makes it easier for me to breathe since I have allergies. Air flow = gentle on speed 1. Can definitely feel the air flowing around me, and blowing my hair a little. Gently whirring. Buying another one for my living room. Goal - to not turn on my a/c this summer, if possible. Giving this a 4 until I use it for a few weeks. Thankfully, a very nice young man pulled this off the high shelf for me tonight just before closing. When it gets even hotter in Denver, I still have 3 higher speeds to use to circulate the extra hot sunny air in my bedroom. That will be the real test tomorrow.

A little smaller than I'd thought, but works well so far. 4 different speeds, pretty quiet on the first 2 levels. The key to this design and use is to have it aimed high at a ceiling or wall and let the air bounce off and diffuse around you. Works well, similar to the other Vornado fans I've used with a similar design and have had no complaints or reliability issues.

Expensive fan but WOW! Vornado is a compact powerhouse of cool air. I know a fan doesn't cool air it just moves air but I swear this does feel like a lil air conditioner.

moves the air in the room which makes it feel cool when you're in front of it but doesn't cool room much if its already hot. Does not make a lot of noise which is great

I live in a two story apartment with no A/C upstairs. Ever since I purchased this fan I've been able to push air up my stairs and lower the temperature on the second story using another fan. There's four speed settings, first two lower speeds work great if you looking for a quiet setup. Third setting starts getting pretty noisy but pushes air in the room really well. Fourth setting is very noisy but you get a lot of air moving. I usually sleep with the second speed aimed at the ceiling. Overall a good product. Just wish it had a remote control.

The Vornado is a good air circulator but the price still kinda pricey.On medium and low setting, you can barely feel the air. While on high setting it get loud and can be obnoxious for some people taste.

This “air circulator” is a step above a normal “fan” in both price and build. When it stopped working, I was going to return it to the manufacturer for a replacement but found the there was a fuse in the plug that had been tripped. Took it out and put it back in and it has worked fine ever since. The multiple speeds are great for both circulating the AC in the summer in a room, and for circulating the heat from the wood stove in the winter. The only thing I wish was different was that I could attach it to a smart plug to control when it comes on and off from a distance. Cutting the power to the outlet will turn it off, but restoring power will not turn it back on, you have to get up and push the on button every time once power has been cut off to it. I guess that is solved by the 665AE model that has Alexa compatibility.
