The climate control is excellent...the temperature in the room remains consistent. Very user friendly. The temperature read is big and bright. We had one prior to this one so we knew upon purchasing it how well it works. The only reason I had to throw away the last one was because I left the window open and it got wet. The cooling continued to work but not the heat.
