If you're sitting 1 ft away from it, set to 90 on high, you get a hint of warm air. If you're standing 3 feet away from it, it feels like a cool breeze. And the fan noise is annoying. If you're reading this review to make a purchasing decision, my tip for you is get a Delonghi panel heater.
