Our home furnace is not working and currently under repair so we purchased this in an emergency. I'm overall impressed with this little guy. It heats up a small room comfortably for its size. We have a small living room and it does really well.

I purchased this for my home office which is a roughly 14x14 ft room over a garage. I tried several different heater models. All worked but of the 4 I purchased, this is the only one I kept because it is quiet. People cannot hear it running when I am on calls. No annoying humming sounds all day as I work...and it was the cheapest of all the models I purchased.

We own two of these. They are safe, quiet, and do their job well. They do take a minute to warm an area. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking to warm a room in their house. This one was recommended by friends and best met our needs after reviewing what was available.

Warm, QUIET, programmable. It heats up our entire basement and can’t tell it’s on because it’s quiet. Great buy. Nay. Best Buy.

Thermostat is a bonus. Puts out a good volume of heat, enough to raise the temperature in a small room. Quiet. Wife likes it.

Very quiet and easy to use. Produces a different kind of heat than regular space heaters as it does dry out your skin and it's not that radiant heat thats too hot. I would buy this product again but don't think I would recommend for a big room, unless they make a bigger model. You won't be disappointed with purchase.

The safety of the product is what I was most concern when buying this product. This product didn’t disappoint. I can literally hold my hand on front and won’t get burnt. It can be a little slower than ceramic ones I tried, but not worth the risk of something bad to happen. It’s one of the few heaters I have purchased that I have like 0 worry, like others I have used in the past.

Great little heater. Works well to keep a room warm with a pretty quiet fan. Thermostat works well and runs as needed to keep a good consistent temp. Unit is small and does not take up too much room. Recommend!

This space heater is soooo quiet! And it does a great job heating my 15x15' office with 12' ceilings.

We have a laundry room that has minimal insulation, apparently. When it is very cold for an extended time, the toilet and sink water lines freeze. This winter has been exceptionally cold. The Vortex electric heater has performed well. No problems once we started using it. It keeps the room at 72 degrees and even warms under the sink if we leave the door ajar. We leave it on for extended periods of time and it keeps going. Now we don't need to drip the water also.

We enclosed a screened porch this summer, so there is no heating out there. We've had Vornado fans before so selected this heater. It works great. It warms quickly and fairly quietly.

I'm a brand loyalist and Vornado continues to earn it. This space heater came in really handy when I had problems with my primary source of heat. It was really quiet and warmed the space quickly...

Works well. After it hits 70 degrees it has a hard time getting warmer but also could be the size of my room. The safety tip over feature is really nice.

I purchased this item to keep my bathroom warm so that the room was not cold after getting out of the shower. Heats up the room quickly and well. Also has a nice safety feature of turning off when moved.

Great heat but not enough to impact large rooms. Safety cutoff is very sensitive - kills it at slightest movement - esp good feature for use with little kids. Only 4 b/c of relatively high price for performance.

This keeps our two story open plan family room warm when it's cold and seems safe to use and doesn't get hot to the touch, so it's safe for toddlers.

I have really enjoyed using this heater for my living room space. It does a good job at heating up the space relatively quickly and makes little noise even at the “high” setting.

I wish I had bought this heater years ago. I have always bought tower heaters but will buy this type going forward. I does a great job heating a 13x16 ft room.

Despite it's size it does a fantastic job. It won't replace your heating system but for power outages and to take the chill out, it's my go to. Dead silent and effective. It really does warm the room and circulates very nicely.
