Box arrived damaged, but there was no visible damage to the unit. I bought it to heat the TV room in the basement, an area just over 200 ft.². I have the unit set to 80 but have never seen it get above 68 which makes it comfortable in the room. Which is what I wanted.

This Vornado heater is a great performer. It has a thermostat so you pick a temperature and low or high setting and you’re good to go!! The thing that convinced me to purchase this model is that it has a fan only setting. This way I don’t have to switch it out every season!! The only thing I don’t like is it’s a hideous color, but you can’t have everything, right?

We live in a split entry/raised ranch and the bottom level is naturally much cooler than the top/main living space. This heater does a great job providing extra heat to this space and on some days (highs in the 40s we don’t even need to turn on the regular heat downstairs. The item is quiet and safe for our young kids. We haven’t had an electric bill yet so can’t comment on how that will be impacted.

Keeps the room warm! 400sqft of warm goodness. I would buy again.

I'm using this for heat in a medium size living room with high ceilings. It's compact but does a reasonable job. The fan isn't noisy. The safety feature works - if I bump into it, the heater shuts down. I got it as a replacement for an old parabolic heater (the glowing orange dish type) and I like this one much better.

Heats up a whole room in no time. It's just the right size not too big. I wish it came with a remote.

I purchased this heater to help cut the chill in my Rv rather than running my propane heater. It does it's job. It keeps the Rv warm. My space is approximately 250 SQ ft. It does have safety features which is great bc I do have animals. I have waited a few months to write a review so I could test it's ability on some cold nights. The coldest night temp has been in the teens and the heater has kept the Rv around 60-64. I have it set to the max at 90. It hasn't ever overheated.

I have used room heaters before this has been my best ever experience filling the room with even heat. The fan even on high to very quiet. and seems to feel the room with warm air that isnt burned out. The thermostat allows good constant heat control. The only issue is that it does not have a timer but it turns on and off as needed to maintain a decent temperature.

Does exactly what you want it to do: Keeps you warm! The auto-off when you tilt it is smart and works great. The way it blows out the hot air to cool the unit when you turn it off is perfect as well. Looks good too!

Heats up quickly and controls are very easy to use. Quite pleased with product.

I hate space heaters that only get the two square feet in front of them warm. I finally found this heater which will raise the temperature of a whole room. I have an open concept living room that is drafty and this does make a difference. It makes it a generally more pleasant temperature - maybe raises things a few degrees.

Funny product. We were ready to return it because it didn't perform the way we expected, but then we saw how it subtley increases the temperature in our fairly large room. We love it now and look forward to seeing whether it decreases the cost of our next electric bill.
