NOTE: this fan won’t rotate but has a tilt adjustment (probably about 2-3 inches). It can also be use laying down or standing that’s why its called Duo Tower. REMINDER: has a small fuse in the plug end as a safety feature, if the fuse has burnt out, your fan will not start and you’ll have to replace the fuse. Overall I am satisfied with my vornado fan.
