I’m not sure what instance requires a “slight breeze”, but I could not find one. I was highly disappointed in this product. 1st of all, it’s weird. The shape, the look, the purpose. All weird. Not saying that weird isn’t good, but when it comes to air circulation and/or ventilation, weird is not a word I look for. Very hard to find a good place to put it, when placed sideways, it does look kind of cool, but mine made a distinctly different sound when placed on its side. I was over it when I realized the fan speed would not go over a forceful mouth-blow. OVER IT! Not made for those of us who need aggressive air-movement around out bodies.

The air does feel kind of nice but it really struggles to blow air, even on setting 2. Like you can hear the fan fluctuating between loud and louder constantly. The only time the fan is quiet is on setting 1 but then the air flow is so pathetic its useless unless you have it right up against your skin. Despite it's size/number of vent slits, there's not even an inch wide gap all the air comes out of. Just skip it and find a different fan. The taller, more circular Vornado fans are good though, just not this specific fan.
