It was said to really move the air and be "whisper quiet." Air movement was minimal even on high (and my place is quite small), and the constant sound it made was a cross between an itty-bitty cruising Barbie motorcycle and a 10-pound bumblebee. Since I was hospitalized shortly after my purchase and then again a week later, I was a few days past the 15-day return policy. I realize policy is policy but the manager was quite surly with me and I used every cell of strength to attempt to explain several times. I was ready to drop to the floor by the time he finally relented by agreeing to a "one-time" refund past policy date. Pleased to get the refund but so disappointed by the experience.
