Kind of helped to be put in the open window at night, but did not circulate enough air to be worth the money. On top of that it can not be rotated enough and has a very very narrow wind angle.

It does not oscillate and finding the perfect location from which to “drum up airflow” is an impossible task. I would not recommend.
