I leave it on most of the time, and my 900sq/ft apartment stays at about 40% humidity on the humidifier’s low setting. Lasts about a day of continuous use on low, and 16hrs on high.

Helps keep our room fresh whenever the heater would dry it out. Just make sure you dont use tap water or else calcium will build up.

Touch capacitive buttons are a hassle at night. Unit has issues were one day it wants to work and the next it doesn't. Product was okay the first 2 months though. Wouldn't buy again.
