Pretty but poor quality

I thought the first one was a dud, replaced with a new one and not even two days later my counter is covered in water

Multiple Failures

One unit died 2 days after the return policy ended (Best Buy was of no help). A second unit is starting to randomly shut off on its own. I have owned these units for 30 days and 2 of the 3 are already failing. Huge waste of money. When they did work, they worked fine. Touch controls are not the most responsive and you often have to touch multiple times for it to register.

This is the second one I bought. The first quit working immediately, and this one doesn't work half the time. All the positive reviews of this product are either paid reviews or the reviewers are affiliated with the Vornado company.

What a waste of money! I love Vornado products so maybe I got a dud? Either way just over 2mo old and it’s garbage.
