Unlike any other Vornado fan I've ever had, it is insanely weak. Unless my hand was an inch or less in front of it I couldn't feel anything. No heat, no circulation, no matter the setting. Which is disappointing because this is one of the few heaters we could find with a mid-heat option (1100 watt).

cheap heater rip off

Space heaters can greatly lower your gas bill
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Work's great (if your expectations are in line with the capabilities of a space heater - which is that they are only allowed to be 1,500 watts, which will barely keep a living room warm, so it is best to put the space heater on the floor right in front of you, which works great and keeps you toasty!). Also, close all doors in the house, wear a sweater, and only turn the space heater on when the room is not warm enough for you. Otherwise, the electricity used by the space heater will be expensive. And, if your electricity cost is lower than your natural gas cost, you are effectively switching your heating from gas to electricity.
