I like the sturdy metal construction of this heater and good amount of steady heat. The fan should have more speed settings which is the only con. This heater still does the job on providing heat.

To be honest with you to be honest I took this back and got my money back I've used this brand before and love them and the price is right for him but I got to reading it when I got at home and it was going to put out way too much heat for the area I was going to use so I took it back and was going to get a smaller unit but I haven't purchased one yet but I can promise you for the $100 this cost it will do the job and it lasts a long time good product very good product!

Having had a furnace fail and needing to wait 2 cold days for a part, I broke down and bought 2 of these (one for upstairs and one for downstairs). The print on the box is totally correct. Despite having metal cabinets one could touch a unit without being burned. I was impressed by how much instant heat could be produced for it's diminutive size.

Nice and quiet. Heated large room. Light weight. Easy-to-use

This heater is a total beast! Feels like it is built to last and doesn’t make a peep while it works. Plus, it actually heats up the room like it says it will. I highly recommend it to anyone who needs a reliable and efficient heating solution for the winter.

This is a great little heater. We have radiant in-floor heating. It’s slow to respond, so we use this heater to just warm a room up a bit if it’s chilly rather than turning up the thermostat for the whole house. It is quiet, efficient, cool to the touch, so safe around kids. We like it very much.

When I opened this heater out of the box I could hear something clanging inside of it. I am not sure if that is normal, such as heating elements such as coiled springs or if somewhere during the shipping process someone dropped it and something broke inside. The heater seems very rudimentarily put together and has a cheap feel to it, but the worst part is that it barely put out any noticeable heat. You could hear a small fan running inside it but if you put your hand in front of it you could barely feel any heat coming out. This was very disappointing for a Vornado brand as they typically have a good reputation for their fans. I returned it back to Best Buy the next day and purchased the Lasko bladeless heater instead (which cost a little more but it worked fine). Kudos to Best Buy for making returns very easy. The only reason I am rating with 2 stars instead of 1 is to allow for the possibility that this item was damaged and that my experience may have been different if it worked properly.

Great heater. I am using it to help keep me warm in the garage.I cant recommend it enough. It is pretty quiet and the only spot that gets hot is the grilled part of it. I dont have to worry about accidentally melting something I sit too close to it.

Warmed room as needed. Very silent and sturdy not cheaply made plastic.

EXCELLENT HEATER MY APARTMENT HAS ISSUES WITH THE VENTILATION SYSTEM AND I DONT WANTA MY COPD TO HAVE A FLARE- UP WITH DUST IN MY RESPIRATORY

This heater is heavy, solid, well designed and made. It heats well and looks good.

Gives off enough heat at the lowest energy level - I thought at first it would blow minimal heat - Nope I was wrong

Simple item, worked well when i needed it to. One area of the house gets cold and i put it there.

A heater that is perfect for warming small areas that works well and is a great investment.

Only one thing to say- this little heater kept our livng room comfortable for 11 days when out furnace died!

Our master bathroom has always been colder than the rest of the house. I purchased this heater and it has performed even better than advertised.

The heater is meant for smaller rooms, the machine does need to take time to blow hot air before use. It is a decent heater when it reaches correct temperature

Not so happy. This heats up quickly but doesnt really have forced air which is what we needed it for.
