Researched and found it has a reset to prevent overheating and to unplug it for 5 minutes and try again. Great, it runs for another 10 to 15 minutes, repeat.

Stopped working after 5 weeks

Defective

The customer service was awful simply trying to return a defective product in the proper time frame. I was even transferred to a rep who claimed to be a supervisor. Very weary of ordering again online

Warm and quiet

One is at my Sisters house the other was a vornado baby I donated and just got this one. It works and warms up my place nicely. Believe it or not it actually keeps my whole house a few degrees warmer appropriately 1,120 square feet. But works excellent in a room. Love it! Thanks Vornado another good one. Also, energy efficient

We liked it so much we bought a second one for another room. Looking at our bill, it costs far less than running our furnace.
