    Easy to set up, reliable connection, and good pics. The battery died much earlier than I would have expected. Need to see if there is a reason.

The V-300 has been designed to be easy to work with and since it works with 4G-LTE, you will have a great signal in most areas! As for your question about the battery, this is usually due to a high amount of pictures being transferred to the application.     I just returned my third camera model V300. I live in Phoenix and we have plenty of sunshine, however the solar panel will not charge the battery. lasts around 2 weeks until the battery goes dead. I am not taking that many pictures so must be a bad design. Great tech support that's always willing to help but poor product.

    This V300 camera is a nice addition to your home security needs. The clarity is very nice and offers a crisp view of any activity that occurs in real time. I am very impressed with the solar power capability as it allows me to keep this mounted in an area that receives steady sun. The camera functions are easy to use. The camera looks nice and inconspicuous when mounted as well.

    Thought the camera was exactly what we were looking for, we needed something with cellular service and no power. What a let down!! Couldn't get the Camera to work. Had to call the company several times. Paid for the Elite yearly to find out that you actually have to pay extra to live stream. This is a Canadian company!! What a rip off!! If you want something worth your money this isn't it!!

    To expensive to use so I would say that is about $450.00 a month for the services of using the camera not worth it!!!!

    I had high hopes for this. I read the directions and followed them to a tee when I set this up on my property. The camera worked for less than 6 hours and then stopped working for 1/2 the time. Support actually caused the issue to get worse and didn’t understand the product. This camera was over 300 miles away and was having issues. I was told in an email that VOSKER would stand behind the product and refund it even though I bought it through Best Buy. Sadly the company backed out of supporting the product and told me since I bought it through bestbuy I would need to go to them for the refund. I ended up buying a camera that has 2x the features at 1/2 the price.

    I bought two V300 cameras 3 months ago to help look over a jobsite. The batteries continuously drain even if they aren't taking pictures. Doesn't matter if they get constant sunlight they still drain. Then you have to continuously take them down, update the firmware and plug the battery in for a full day to recharge it to 100% You might as well us a blink or something else and downloading the pictures from an SD card.

    These cameras are junk! I purchased three cameras to set out in the field. The first stopped working out of the box. I returned this one. The second worked for a week and never uploaded pictures. The third camera has a battery that lasts a few days at most. This is with the lowest sensitivity. Not worth the cost. I would return if I could.

      Hello WestTexasIE, many reasons can cause the battery to drain quickly: the amount of photos/videos taken, the transfer frequency, the temperature, etc. Using a MicroSD card with a long FAT32 format, the latest firmware, and changing your settings can help.     Good for not having Wi-Fi or internet access, but not able to see faces of people passing by. Limitted number of photos allowed for the plan selected.

    This is my second Vosker camera...I use them to monitor a property way out in the country where I need a cellular camera with a solar panel. Network connection and battery life are very reliable. This model offers video sent to my phone with the option to dowload hi-res files of the things I want to see.

    Purchased 3 of these and only 1 has worked. Customer support is horrible. Supposed to send replacements over a month ago. Still have not received. Waste of money and time.

    Save your money or find an alternative product

    0 stars, worst product I have purchased from Best Buy. Camera does not function as described, great idea poor execution. Camera initially wouldn’t work, then with no luck on tech support I did some research on the internet and found someone had a similar situation and I had to drive around with the camera on in the car to get it to start working. Then it would take pictures for a couple days and stop working again. On top of that you have to pay for a monthly subscription which I was okay with, then I found out even though I spent more money upfront on the v300 o had to pay additional on top of monthly for live view and even that was limited. The camera scheduling is terrible for example I didn’t need the camera to be active from 7:00 am - 5:00 pm but wanted it on from 5:00pm - 7:00 am and there was no way to do that. Then I would either get pictures one after the other or I wouldn’t get any for days even though I set the delay to every 30 minutes. Worst part of all of this is I have been working with the VOSKER tech support to try and remedy these issues and now I’m outside of the eligible return window.

    Have all the signal and sunshine in the camera, yet it only activates itself to work whenever it wants to . Wouldn’t recommend to anyone needing extra pair of eyes on their tools .

    This is a good surveillance system. It connects to your phone quickly and provides reliable photo communication. The cellular service works good in rural missouri. I recommend the additional solar panel to keep battery charged remotely.

    I like the camera but found the 200 model was easier to set up and this one I have had trouble with battery dying I wish it had an internal battery like my other one has
