    I'm giving 5 stars for the service I was given. I had called my local Toyota dealership to ask if the car I had purchased came with a keyless entry system, its a 1999 rav4, they told me no so I purchased the equipment I thought I would need to get the doors to lock and unlock with a remote. Turns out the door locks already had the required equipment needed to add a keyless alarm system so the installer at my local BB, Donovan from the Atwater village/ Glendale BB, ended up just sending them back and of course refunding me my purchase. Saved a bit over $200 bucks. Happy with the honesty and service.

    Yes, the door lock motors did their job like intended but I wish they would came with other accessories like a key fob or a door switch. I've seen other door lock kits very similar in price have these accessories included but overall was satisfied and they did their job.
