    product doesnt work. constantly disconnects. unreliable is not something you want out of a baby monitor!!!

      Hi - We are sorry to hear that you are having issues with the RM5764-2HD. The connectivity issue can be resolved by rebooting the unit. Turn off both the baby and parent units and disconnect the AC power. Wait for 1 minute before re-installing the AC adapters then test the unit again. If this does not help, please contact our Consumer Sales and Service Center between the hours of 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM Monday through Friday at 1-800-595-9511.

    The hand-held device is nice. The movement on the cameras is good. It doesnt have a lot of vertical movement, but it is enough to view a room when placed properly.

    I’ve owned these for over a year. When I first got them, they were easy to set up and worked amazingly. I have 2 kids and being able to check in on the app is a fantastic feature when your 2 year old knocks the antennae loose on the main monitor... I thought our connectivity issues over the last few weeks was a result of what sort of condition the monitor was in. But, after reading the other one star reviews and seeing that they were all mostly posted within the last few weeks, I instead think that there has been some sort of software issue with an update maybe...? Long review short: a year ago, these were awesome... 4-5 star awesome. In the last couple of weeks, I am hunting for a replacement. This review may be tainted by the aggravation of dropped or intermittent signal over the last few weeks, because they used to be Awesome.

    We've had these cameras for about 5 years now. They've been through 4 kids and some rough falls and they still work like new! The only issue we had was with the initial set up but once we figured it out all was smooth sailing.

    What a waste. I bought these ONE MONTH ago. In that time, the app was down for several days once and then about a week ago, I lost connection to both cameras. To reestablish connection, I had to pull the cameras off the wall and come near the router to reconfigure everything. I was able to get one camera reset and working again, but the second camera will not connect. The “Pair” button on the camera does nothing. My fingers are numb from trying for so long to hold this stupid little button down and NOTHING. I’ve reset everything countless times. The power light is on, I’m right next to the router. Support will only replace with my receipt, which I don’t have because I didn’t expect a $170 to be such JUNK. I am LIVID. They know how poor their quality is and continue selling it and playing dumb. DO NOT BUY.

    I have to agree with other reviews. This product is unreliable. Do not buy. I so badly wanted it to work, because when it is working, it is great (good picture and sound). I tried 2 different units but ultimately had to return each one because the 2nd camera would disconnect for no apparent reason. I then spent well over an hour each time trying to reconnect (total reset to factory settings; with and without wifi; etc...) to no avail. Do NOT purchase this unit.

    Dont Waste your time

    Terrible system, stopped working after 5 months. Latest software update caused an issue with being able to pair cameras, and continuous loss of connectivity between parent unit and baby units. Many other options out there such as Euphy for non-wifi, or Nanit for wi-fi

      We apologize for the trouble. It is possible that your camera has not updated to the latest firmware. Please leave your camera plugged-in, then cycle the power on your router. When the camera reconnects to the WiFi network, allow it to sit for 4-6 hours to allow sufficient time to fetch and install the latest update.
