Too complicated to set up different features. Poor directions.....

Phones work fine, I like the multiple phones. The only problem I have with them is, the battery does not last long and when they die you don’t get a warning, they just die.

Having at times made my living by designing complex industrial products and systems for ease of use, I am sensitive to ineffective or inadequate designs. Unfortunately, this systems has a couple of problems. First, the procedure for moving through the menu system is poorly designed - lengthy, awkward and unintuitive. Second, as is usually the case with Asian-designed products, the instruction manual is only partially intelligible and mostly devoid of rhetorical correctness. As an example, I have yet to comprehend how to set the call block system up correctly and will have to contact customer support to get a more understandable explanation. The phones themselves do what they are supposed to do vis a vis incoming and outgoing calls, so there is that.

Like announcing of caller, robot calls have slowed down. All features as stated. I’d buy again

Needed new 'phones and reviews of this item were favorable so...

Used these for close to a month and had no issues. The Bluetooth connection to cell phones is fantastic, no more going to get the cell phone or missing a call if working around the house.

Great landline telephone addition to our home office and for personal non office use in order to stay connected and available

I had to purchase new phones in order to have my fax machine to work. Once I installed the new phones, my fax machine is now working like a charm. No more problems with phone lines or fax lines. Thank you Best Buy!

They seem to be good but when you’re on speaker the other person says you seems to be really quiet can’t hear

The battery compartment cover is not a perfect fit. If it is off at all, the phone does not charge properly. Otherwise, the phone works fine.

So far we are enjoying our new system and have been able to follow the provided on their web site.

Overall, very happy with the performance of these coreless phones. In particular, they are transitional being the ability to connect to cell - for the day when I no longer utilize a land line.

Fairly easy to install but had some trouble in the programming. The price was right.

Good land-line phone system for people who are still hesitant rely on smart phones. It announces who is calling and the display is clear.

So if I like something at best buy I have to take 50 letters to say I like my LG Speaker and my microwave oven and all 10 flat screen tv and 2 mac book pros 2 Ipads.

I always bought Panasonic phones before but the last Panasonic I bought didn’t work out so well. I am now trying the VTech phone and I am loving it so far. It also blocks most of the Robo Calls.
