Also very unhappy with the maximum volume level; not high enough, struggled to hear and people on the other end of the calls also complained they had a hard time hearing us.

Product was extremely difficult to assemble and all I had to do was insert the battery! Also, the handsets do not always readily set into the base and do not recharge..

poor quality and reception

I'm not sure why there are such poor choices of home phones to chose from i would pay 3 times the price for something that works and isn't only able to hold 2 mins of voicemails. this was bad.
