Fantastic phone system, but one big problem

Set it up to block all calls that do not have identification so I never even hear them ring through. The phone lights up when a call is being attempted so you can answer if you want. Set up the many features these offer is super easy. My only problem is that it does not always allow me to answer a call even though it is listed to allow. That is quite frustrating. Other than that, which I wish I could fix, this phone set is the best I have ever had.
