We needed an extra phone. Got these. Not what I expected. You might get a few phones for your money. But,not the best choice. At least not for me. Yes, still have them and use them.

Phones worked great at first. In month 11 a call could last no longer than just a few minutes. The longer the call, the worse the static got. So bad to the point you could not hear the other person when they talk, all you can hear is static. They say they can hear us just fine, but to ask someone to call you back because the phones not working isnt working for us. I did purchase the 2 year extended warranty but didnt end up needing to use it because the manufacture warranty still applied. Good thing youre shopping through Best Buy and can reprint your receipts. So dont forget to create that account with them... it'll save you some frustration later when these phones crap out!

Do not purchase this phone if you have a small to medium size house, have metal furniture, mirrors or will be using in a room with a TV, computer or appliances. For my 3 level townhouse this is almost every room therefore all of the phones have static a mechanical voice and cannot be understood on either the receiver or called portion of the call. The manual for the phone warns that however, this is my second vtech phone. My first was over 12 years old and work perfectly however, the power cord was ruined. I do not recommend this product.

my cell phone nor this phone would ring when connected and it would not work with my fax machine.

Was told by salesman that the phones were for multiple lines. They are not they are for one line only.

A little bulky but good quality phone set. Perfect for everyday use

I am not overly impressed with this brand. Why do they have to be so big?

Needed for two lines and it is only one line system.

Sent it back. It said you can download your contacts. You can, but they stay in a separate contact list. So when you have certain options for callers they only work if they are in the PHONE'S CONTACT LIST & NOT THE OTHER CONTACT LIST. Very poor. And the static was almost as bad as my old set.

Bought these as a gift. Complaint was answering the phones. They had to press the answer button a few times to connect. Delay when answering. Used less than a month.

Very difficult for callers to understand that instructions to say name and then press # does not mean they should leave a message at that time....No message is recorded at that time. Also, entire system is very difficult to set up. and to answer phone, you have to press two buttons on phone...not one. Ridiculous phone system. Wish we had never bought it.

I liked it at first but after a week I would be talking for about 15 minutes and I would here a noise like someone dialing interfering with my call. Never stopped had to take it back!

The phone worked good the first day. Then the clock changed on its own the next day. It's been 2 weeks now, and it changes at least once a day! The clock reverts back to 12:00AM on the base and all the hand sets. Now, today suddenly it won't connect to my cell phone, no matter what I try. I give up!

Worst phone I have ever bought. Directions are very vague. Can only put one number in phone book.

Had to set time and date several times. It kept changing, Sometimes calls came through and sometimes they didn't. Programmed settings didn't work. After two weeks of reprogramming with no success, we took this phone set back to the store and purchased another brand.

This product was defective as my calls continually dropped. I do not recommend this product.

Make sure it is correctly placed in stand to keep it charged. Works great
