so far I am pleased with the purchase of this phone system for my office.

If I could give this phone 10 stars I would!! I purchased this for my parents who were getting upwards of 50 calls from telemarketers a day. The spam-blocking verification system on this phone has literally eliminated ALL of these calls. I easily uploaded the phone directory from my mom's cell phone and the phone automatically lets any callers in the directory through without the verification process. All other callers have to push a button (to validate they're a real person) and speak their name. The phone then announces the persons name so you can choose to answer or not. The voice quality and range is excellent. I would highly recommend this system, particularly for anyone who is trying to eliminate telemarketers!!

I would like if all the keys, not just the numbers, would light up. Need to make a similar type set up, with larger buttons, for those with limited vision. But the phone works well and set up was easy.

They are working just as we expected they should. It took Granny a little time to get set up properly but she is 85 after all . I think she is going to be just fine using them, it’s just learning how easy it is to find one when lost.

Awesome cordless phones. Loved the set we bought for our apartment, decided to get a second set for our vacation home. Replaces Panasonic units which we thought were fine, but these are much more useful since they connect to mine and my wife's cell phones. Super long range makes this a compelling offering.

As good as you can get for landlines. The only problem I had was I was told the Geek Squad would deliver phones the next day. They showed up a week later shipped by usps.

So far so good. A little difficult to set up, but has a good range. This is the second system, I bought another for a vacation home.

The system works ok. Unfortunately, when you silence a handset, the base starts ringing. Also, sometimes you have to work to get the handsets to start charging as the connections aren't always made.

We have had several V Tech phone sets. Very efficient. This set actually has more functions than our others so we are still fine tuning them. Price was excellent for 4 phone set!

Good quality. Basic set-up was easy but advanced features such as call blocking were more complicated.

Nice purchase. Easy to install and sound quality is great. Handset has a good weight balance; no too light or heavy. Bases for the handset are very light... wished that had a weight to keep it more stationary. Button are large enough. Answer system is easy to use.

Grest system for a home base, easy to use and operate. Highly recommend it!

These phones are easy to set up. They are easy to use. They have a screen font that is perfect for older people to read without glasses. Lastly, I love the additional features,

The product is excellent. With very little instructions provided, I went to the vtech web site and copied the User Manual. The contents are very user friendly. However, the presentation is very poor. Each sheet contains two pages of small print. In order to fit both pages in the field of print , I had to use 11 x 14 paper and had to use the "fit to page" setting on my printer. This resulted in a hardly legible document. I ended up having to go through and mark each page with a more legible number and ended up retyping the Table of Contents so I could read them. Rating: Product-Excellent; Manual- Poor

So far, my wife and I are both satisfied with my purchase of the VTech 4 handset telephone.

Big improvement over my old old Panasonic. A little quirking to get use to but lots more memory and the call blocking feature is excellent. Lighter weight than the old Panasonic too.

Best Buy sales associate recommended this phone. Never heard of VTech. Excellent quality of sound and best of all blocks all spam and robo calls. Didn't know it was a feature and sure appreciate it now.

Great phones and very good reception. The one draw back is that you have to firmly place the phones on the charger to make sure that the red charge light is lite.

Easy to set up. Easy to use. Love that the phone system talks and tells us who is calling. Great wireless / Wifi connection. Easy to access phone messages. Love how the phone lights up at the top and blinks when it starts to ring!
