I was initially intimidated by it's technology but it really is not that difficult to use. I'm still learning about it. Unfortunately, the base and handsets are very light weight. Theirs stability is a concern for me. Otherwise, the phone is and quality are acceptable.

Only rating "good" at this point b/c we haven't explored all of the options with this equipment--which appear to include programming/syncing one or two cell phones into landline "ringing" and reception. This will require that we read the manual!!! AAARGH. Overall, v good value for price. "Mother" phone (messages) plus three handsets cover our 2500 sq foot home.
