Works well! I use for my mother in law. Wish speakers could turn speaker volume higher than 5. Not loud enough for her soft voice. But to hear my granddaughter wake up volume is GREAT. JUST WISH HAD MORE VOLUME!

Perfect for wifey and I to communicqte when I am on the computer and she is in the other room watrching TV.

Needed a simple monitor for my newborn baby and decided on going with V-Tech and so far my wife and I are nothing but pleased!

We just installed it. I have not really used it yet to monitor baby but to talk between floors. Connection is good. Wish there was battery system for baby unit too.

excellent option if you don't mind not seeing your baby. Easy to use, battery life and covered area.

Monitor works great, clear, minimal background interference. So far it has exceeded my expectations. Allows audio monitoring to the other side of the house.

It works great, but the only reason it's a four star review and not a five is because the monitor that stays with baby needs to be plugged in in order for it to work. I wished it was wireless.

The two parents' set is more useful for us, so I returned this and bought the other version.

I bought this for my toddler and unfortunately it doesn't work very well. The problem is with the mic and not the reception. It is not too sensitive. I had a situation where my daughter woke up and walked towards the door and this device did not notify even a single alert or noise! What a fun

These are definitely great monitors. My only frustration with these is that they say they display temperature at target. They are the same model and everything but the temperature display is not there.

I bought this in 2017. I contacted customer service shortly after I bought this monitor. When I turn off the unit with a fully charged battery, the battery goes dead after 3 days. This is with no use of the monitor in that time period. I called VTech and they sent me a new battery and told me that if that didn't fix the problem, they would send me another unit. The new battery didn't fix the problem. When I called back, the next customer service agent said that they would not send me another unit because it's NORMAL for all batteries to go dead like that. I asked him if his cell phone battery or car battery goes dead after 3 days without use. He had no answer for that and told me he was done with my request and promise made by the earlier customer service rep. He then he ended the phone call. That was the last VTech product I ever bought.

Very good monitor. Great for when you have a stationary video monitor.

Great overall, but I didn't like that it has to be connected in order for you to hear your baby.
