Good product, work as expected but requires strong wifi to connect. The first connection in smartphone also require both devices in the same wifi network to connect. App is bit hard to use. I am not sure if for the price I am expecting too much.

Needed a new monitor system to replace our last one, this one works well. I like connecting to it on our phone and the notifications of our baby. Sometimes it gets disconnected but overall it’s good product!

Great product, works Perfect and the image is clear, the sound is also very good, the only thing I would like a bigger screen for a better look

This product gets two stars, because it did work, so wasn't an abject failure. However, i returned it, for two main reasons. First, the battery life was terrible. It lasted at most an hour. Second, the audio was very poor - unclear / staticky. I had purchased this as a second monitor, already owning the 7" version of this monitor. The 7" version is far superior and does not exhibit the problems above.

Easy to setup. Wish the mobile app was a little better. Wasn't overly difficult to configure but had to install 2 version of the app before I quit getting prompted to update.

Bought this system for our son and daughter in law for their new baby. Both have said that it is a great system and does exactly what it is supposed to do.

Easy set up and use. Good video in both day and night settings. Sound quality is good and very sensitive often picking up other sounds in other rooms.

Had it shipped and arrived in perfect condition. It has a crystal clear pic and audio is flawless. Peace of mind as far as baby is concerned. I love it.

The Monitor is still not used regularly by the family it is gifted to. So we are waiting to check it. So far they like the functions. It’s a good product to help the parents keep an eye on the baby.

Purchased to watch elderly mother.but if shes quite, she can slip rite out of bed.but still a good idea as I can see her at all times in her room.

I am expecting my child in December and I was looking for something inexpensive but good quality to keep an eye on her. This is it! So far so good. Of course I haven’t been able to use it with the baby yet but it seems to be working great. Good quality. Also, love the mobile app feature it provides so my husband and I both can check in when someone else is at home with her.

Really crisp clear picture! Wish it had a little bit better refresh rate, motion is a bit blurry. Would buy again.

This is a great monitor! Excellent night vision. I like the red light it shows when there is noise detected.

Love it alot of settings good quality at Night vision, heat alerts on ur phone sound alerts and alot more fun stuff

Best baby camera I have owned, super easy to set up and you have the monitor or app if the monitor is charging.

Works great, only issue is the tracking movement feature, idk what its "tracking" but the camera moves nonstop when it's on. I just turned that off and it works perfectly.
