I was surprised how cheap we got it because I was looking at similar ones that were $30 more. The only downfall about the monitor is that if you want to look at your baby when you are away, there is a lag. Besides that, it’s great.

I love that it has the portable screen, plus my husband and I can also check it on our phones. Only thing that would make it better is if there was a two pack for the cameras so we could have one upstairs and downstairs.

When it worked it was great, for that whole 3 weeks. My baby is now 4 weeks old and I have no monitor. Refuses to pair with host unit or WiFi. Will not reset. I have tried all settings, a factory reset, removing wifi and just doing local....NOTHING. Was never dropped or mistreated. Followed every recommendation and no luck. Customer service does not answer the phone. I am incredibly upset to have wasted this much money on a product that does not work at all. Lets see if they make good on the warranty when I finally get in touch with a human, but what am I supposed to do with my newborn in the meantime?

We apologize for the trouble. It is possible that your camera has not updated to the latest firmware. Please leave your camera plugged-in, then cycle the power on your router. When the camera reconnects to the WiFi network, allow it to sit for 4-6 hours to allow sufficient time to fetch and install the latest update. If your connectivity trouble continues, please contact us at 1.800.595.9511.

The zoom in is also a perk overall very satisfied with our purchase.

The monitor is a great size and has a great picture. The ability to check it on your phone is also such a great feature. 10/10 would recommend

Connection of the monitor can be affected with weak or variable wifi signal strength. In that case, try to cycle the power on your wifi router (unplug for ~10 seconds) and/or re-install your system on your wifi network may help. My daughter works from home and needs to monitor her baby on the other room. It works wirelessly and she even plays music for the baby to sleep right away. less worries.
