Pretty basic and works well for our home phone needs. The only thing I would improve is to make the backlighted keys and display brighter, but it is not a very high end phone and now I am nitpicking :) Overall, nice phone!

It was so easy to use and the ring is loud enough to hear anywhere in the house

Great phone so far. I Love the convenience of having the extra handset and plan on purchasing one more for my garage. Would be nice to have handset locator on each dock though. I got the Red Color and love it

Loved the color... even though at first I thought I might get tired of red... good basic phone answering system... although the volume isn't as high as I would have hoped, because my husband is hard of hearing

Before I purchased this V Tech phone I had a V Tech land line phone for almost 11 years, so I know the quality is there. Also it's pretty to look at. Just sitting on my kitchen counter I have had three different friends comment what a nice looking phone it is and where did I get it.

Phone plastic feels cheap but again in todays environment this works as expected. battery life is above standard and gets hours charge without needed to be on base.

Bought these VTech phones to replace a couple of 15 year old phones, with answering system. They are working good after a couple of weeks, VTech makes good phones.

This is my second unit, the first was purchased about 5 yrs ago but was mistakenly left at our old home when we moved. Battery life is above average and coverage area is around 100ft from the base unit

It seems to be a good phone with a lot of features. However, I have to refer to the instructions to access some of the features. Sometimes, there is static on the line.It meets our needs for a reasonable price.

The square to play or delete messages is a bit awkward to use. Otherwise, a fine telephone and the second handset has all the features of the base telephone.

VTech quality can't be beat. Phone was purchased for my 103 year old mom as her land line and has just enough basic usage on it for her to understand how to use it. Once again the price at Best Buy could'nt be beat,

Who still has a home phone. I do:) and I don't know why. My answering machine went out on our 20+ year old answering machine and this one was one of the cheapest so it came home with me. Its easy to set up and use. Thats all I care about.

I had been a Panasonic customer for many years but the last ones I purchased did not last very long. I purchased a Vtec and it has been working like a champ. I needed a replacement for upstairs. It has all the features I desired and easy to setup and operate...a no brainer.

This phone does everything that I need it to do, but it took a little figuring out to find the caller ID. I just wanted a home phone that would work during power outages and this one does that.
