My old phone needed replacement due to battery issues. The only thing I miss from my old phone is the DND feature which this phone doesn’t have. You can turn down the volume ringer but that’s it so not the same thing.

Just a Pretty Face

The sound on the receiving end is said to be poor with static. Also the talk / flash button often switch and the call will not answer. The battery life is much shorter than the previous system that was the same type and features but several years older.

I didn't need copious numbers of remotes, so the two handsets work just fine for me. The unit comes with a multitude of features, as you would expect in the digital age. It takes up very little space, the outgoing and incoming messages are clear and easy to understand, voice quality over the handsets is very good. The unit is easy to set up with very good instructions. All this comes at a very reasonable price, and I do not hesitate to recommend it.

The set up was quick and painless. Pretty much put in the battery, plug in the base and you are done. The phone quality is good even when I'm at a distance from the base through solid concrete walls. And you even get an answering machine. Overall not a bad purchase.

Fantabulous Red

I really like it but the volume is not very loud and the base is very light so when you press play/delete it base moves. I need to have a landline so I'll keep it and the price I paid was great. I also wished it came with 3 phones instead of 2

We have a small home, so two handsets are adequate. We have used them for a few weeks now, and they work well, and were easy to set up using the enclosed directions. I would have preferred that the phone system came in all black instead of with the red parts, but that's just me.

Must have for small business

Have 2 receivers for my small place is great and red means it’s hard to lose them! ;-)

It looks awesome, however, they say they have a hard time hearing on it even when the volume is at it's loudest. I have no problem hearing on it, but they do.

I got the Vtech phone at a very good price so the value is excellent . It was very easy to set up and I've tried both handsets and they range is great. I definitely recommend this phone.
