The phone is exactly what I wanted and works like I expected. The price was very low and the phone is excellent quality.

Very good product bought it because I could not find my cell phone and forgot I had a landline..

I needed a simple landline phone for the house for backup to cell. I don't always get good reception on cell.

Volume adjustment is insufficient. This is a very quiet phone both ring tone and ear piece

House phone functioning just fine for a long time, features also, directory and answering procedures.

My old cordless phone in garage had the viewing area cloudy apparently from age. Easily installed new phone in garage. I have always been well treated at Best Buy and have had many questions answered.

My mom love cordless phones because she can walk all over the house with it.

It was simple and straight to the point , the product served it's purpose that it was designed to do.

The phone has a screen that is so vaguely illuminated that it is hard to see. It is not at all lit up like the push buttons for numbers. The push buttons also are slow to connect because you have to press them down deep. If this was supposed to be a child safe feature, it may be successful, but I don't think that is the idea.

One thing missing, no speaker. Other than that, your typical cordless phone.

I needed a desk phone near my computer. This VTech model was exactly the right fit. This phone's low cost, compact style, and features all worked out perfectly with the existing power strip and phone jack.

If your looking for a phone for someone who is older and hard of hearing, this is NOT it. The ringer is very low and even on high is not much better. It was great for buttons and such but for hard of hearing it was not good.

Nice simple little phone basic if you're not looking for any extras this is the phone for you

This product is great! I haven’t had a traditional landline in many years so I didn’t know what type of phone would work for me. The cost was reasonable and the style is slick.

Not fancy, does the trick. It has a normal ring. May last we’ll see.
