key pads may not make contact if you use a light touch bto dial.. sme problem when answering phone, fail to push button down hard enough no dial tone when you answer it. no problem in making out going calls

The phone is a piece of crap!! I am sorry that I bought it. The phone has little clarity and many of my clients complain that the voice quality is horrible.

This phone is cheap and crappy. It doesnt seem to have speaker function even. And u can hear some static. But it works and doesn't cost much and thats all i wanted. So w/e.

This phone did not last long before having to purchase another replacement phone. Would not recommend if you are going to use the phone everyday.

Bought this phone for my basement, since I no longer have caller ID thru Directv. This phone doesn`t have a hands-free feature, but it has Call Forwarding and Call Waiting. It sounds clear and rings loud. Not a bad deal fro just $19.99.

I can’t get the volume louder for ring tone or speech. Rings we answer no one there. Phone is useless.

Kinda complicated to use and material looks cheap. Easy to get low battery and cannot read caller id when someone is calling

Did not like. Threw away and bought an ATT phone. Not very intuitive to use and very lightweight.

After reviewing this item, I decided I didn't need it and returned it. The phone still uses the larger phone battery.

This item is priced as other cordless phones but doesn’t offer a speaker phone

We purchased this phone to use as a home phone. It is easy to set up and use, even for our 5 and 8 year old boys! The sound quality is great, my grandmother can hear me much better than on my cell phone! Really simple phone with a great price for infrequent use.

battery runs out too quickly. when in use and not on base it runs out fast.

Less than one month and phone will not allow me to dial out unless I switch it to pulse mode. Confirmed it was the phone by using another phone. Also if someone calls they can barely hear me because the microphone is junk.
